The Treatment/Hospital Plate is a 3D printed plate that fits to the shoe to cover and protect the sole while it recovers. It is used for abscesses, sole wounds and after hoof surgery, where the sole needs protection but still has to be checked and dressed regularly.
The plate is fitted by your farrier and can be removed and refitted, so your vet or farrier can treat the sole without pulling the shoe each time. Sized to match the shoe, in 21 sizes. Use under the direction of your vet.

- Fitted by your farrier: the plate mounts to the shoe with screws so it can be removed and refitted daily.
- Remove the plate to clean, medicate, and dress the sole per your vet's plan.
- Refit and tighten the screws after each treatment, checking that no debris is trapped underneath.
- Inspect the plate and fixings at every change; replace worn screws immediately.
